Protein fruit and oat shake

Ingredients

Whole milk, 1 cup.
Oats, 1 cup.
Raspberries, half a cup.
Apple, 1.
Bananas, 2.
Performance Protein, 2 scoops.

 

Method

1 Add all the ingredients into a blender.
2 Blend until smooth.
3 If you find your shake is too thick, you can add some more milk, little by little, to the blender.
