Protein peanut butter shake

- Time to make: 2 minutes
- Serves: 1
- Calories per serving: 235 Kcal
Water, as needed.
Natural peanut butter, 1 tablespoon.
Performance Protein, 2 scoops.
1 Add all the ingredients into a blender.
2 Blend until smooth.
3 If you find your shake is too thick, you can add some more milk, little by little, to the blender.
