Banana protein shake

Method

  1. Break the banana in half and add to the blender.
  2. Add milk. We recommend filling till half your blender is full or 300ml.
  3. Add 2 scoops of Performance Protein.
  4. Add ice cubes.
  5. Blend. 
  6. Enjoy!
