  1. Introduction 

 

www.n-fusesports.com (referred to as the “website” or “the N-FUSE website”) is owned by N-FUSE Sports. VAT registration number GB287803073. 

By placing an order via this website you agree to the Terms, Conditions and Purchasing Terms.

Throughout this document “we” refers to N-FUSE Sports and “you” refers to the buyer.  

 

  1. Placing an order

 

  • Add your chosen product to your basket via the N-FUSE website.
  • Ensure you have selected the correct product before adding this to your basket. 
  • Once you have added all products you have chosen to purchase to your basket, proceed to checkout.  
  • You must provide shipping, billing, email addresses and any other details that are required accurately. 
  • Before completing your purchase review your order. 
  • Submit your order and then wait patiently for your email confirmation. This will arrive promptly. 

 

  1. Order acceptance and cancellations

 

All orders submitted are subject to acceptance by N-FUSE Sports. We may choose not to accept your order due to our own reasoning. Examples of when we may choose not to accept your order are: 

  • If products are shown on the website but are no longer available. 
  • If we are unable to obtain authorisation of your chosen payment type. 
  • If shipping restrictions apply to your order. 
  • If products shown on the website contain a manifest error such as being incorrectly priced or in other cases incorrectly described. 
  • Suspected fraudulent activities. 

When your order has been placed it will begin to process. It is not possible to cancel your order before you have received it. You can cancel your order by retuning your products back to us. We can then begin to issue a refund. 

 

  1. Price and Currency 

 

Prices displayed on our website usually adjust depending on your geographical location. For example, if you reside in Spain, the currency displayed should adjust to EUR. This also works for USD, AUD, CAD and some other major currencies. 

You can also select your local currency via the header bar of our website when using a desktop device. 

All prices quoted at the payment stage are in Great British Pound (GBP). 

N-FUSE Sports reserve the right to make changes, limit or terminate special offers or discounts at any given time, including promotional discount codes and gift cards. As well as this we reserve the right to adjust the price of any product at any given time.  

 

  1. Shipping and Delivery 

All orders made on the N-FUSE Sports website are dispatched from the UK to the shipping address you provide at the checkout stage, orders are usually delivered on business days; excluding bank holidays and national holidays. Some of our delivery partners will deliver orders on weekends. 

We aim to dispatch your order on the same day when placed. However, in some cases this can become difficult during periods of high volume and therefore will be dispatched the next working day. 

Any orders placed internationally may be subject to customs charges. These charges will not be quoted on the N-FUSE website at checkout and is out of our control.

N-FUSE Sports cannot be help responsible for delay in delivery, including but not limited to the following;

Any incorrect details provided by yourself, customers clearance, inventory levels, national or private strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attacks or threat of a terror strike attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics or failure of public or private telecommunication networks. 

 

  1. Refunds
  • Refunds 

We offer refunds within 28 days on full priced items. Sale or outlet items will be refunded as store credit. 

Refunds are usually processed within 10 days of us receiving the returned item(s). Please allow an extra 5 days for your bank to make the funds visible and available to you. 

We process refunds as fast as possible. refunds will get processed manually, therefore there will be no confirmation from us via email when we receive your item(s). 

During busy periods your return may be processed outside of the above times.

  • Returns Refusal Rights 

International returns must be labelled as a ‘return’ on any paperwork to avoid custom charges. You should not state the value you paid for the item(s). To be clear, if you state the item value on paperwork, we will pay import duty taxes and a processing fee for the item that we have not paid for. This is incorrect as we have not purchased the item from you, you are returning the item(s) back to us. Any fees we do incur, from paperwork filled out incorrectly, will be chargeable or deductible from refunds or store credit. 

We reserve the right to deny processing any returns that are not received to our specified returns address. We recommend using a tracked or signature required type of return to ensure the order gets back to us. 

We reserve the right to deny processing any returns received after 28 days of receiving your order. Your returned item(s) will be sent back to your chosen shipping address when you purchased the order. 

We reserve the right to refuse or exchange for any of the following reasons: A product has been opened or used, is in a non-saleable condition, is not in “as-new” condition. 

 

  1. Intellectual Property Rights 

All trademarks, service marks, logos and trade names which appear on N-FUSE Sports products, product packaging and/or on the website, whether registered or not (the “Trade Marks”) remain the exclusive property of N-FUSE Sports. You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any of the Trade Marks in anyway, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on the website. 

 

Amendments of Terms and Conditions 

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any given time. 

The use of this website as well as any purchase agreement between you and us, will be subject to the version of the Terms and Conditions on this page at the time you place an order or browse the N-FUSE website.
