- Refunds
We offer refunds within 28 days on full priced items. Sale or outlet items will be refunded as store credit.
Refunds are usually processed within 10 days of us receiving the returned item(s). Please allow an extra 5 days for your bank to make the funds visible and available to you.
We process refunds as fast as possible. refunds will get processed manually, therefore there will be no confirmation from us via email when we receive your item(s).
During busy periods your return may be processed outside of the above times.

- Returns Refusal Rights
International returns must be labelled as a ‘return’ on any paperwork to avoid custom charges. You should not state the value you paid for the item(s). To be clear, if you state the item value on paperwork, we will pay import duty taxes and a processing fee for the item that we have not paid for. This is incorrect as we have not purchased the item from you, you are returning the item(s) back to us. Any fees we do incur, from paperwork filled out incorrectly, will be chargeable or deductible from refunds or store credit.
We reserve the right to deny processing any returns that are not received to our specified returns address. We recommend using a tracked or signature required type of return to ensure the order gets back to us.
We reserve the right to deny processing any returns received after 28 days of receiving your order. Your returned item(s) will be sent back to your chosen shipping address when you purchased the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or exchange for any of the following reasons: A product has been opened or used, is in a non-saleable condition, is not in “as-new” condition.
