Ingredients Semi-Skimmed milk. Coffee granules. Ice cubes. Performance Protein, 1 scoop. Method Add 250ml of milk to a blender or shaker. Add 1 tsp of coffee granules. Add one scoop of Performance Protein. Blend or shake until both coffee granules and protein powder is mixed in well with the milk. Prepare a glass or shaker and add ice cubes. Pour the latte in to your glass or shaker. Enjoy!
