- Semi-Skimmed milk.
- Coffee granules.
- Ice cubes.
- Performance Protein, 1 scoop.
- Add 250ml of milk to a blender or shaker.
- Add 1 tsp of coffee granules.
- Add one scoop of Performance Protein.
- Blend or shake until both coffee granules and protein powder is mixed in well with the milk.
- Prepare a glass or shaker and add ice cubes.
- Pour the latte in to your glass or shaker.
