Fruit Protein Shake


  • Semi-Skimmed milk.
  • Banana, 1.
  • Handful of blueberries.
  • 3-4 strawberries.  
  • Performance Protein, 2 scoops.


  1. Break the banana in half and add to the blender.
  2. Add milk. We recommend filling till half your blender is full or 300ml.
  3. Add 2 scoops of Performance Protein.
  4. Add handful of blueberries.
  5. Add strawberries.  
  6. Blend. 
  7. Enjoy!
