Ingredients
- Semi-Skimmed milk.
- Banana, 1.
- Handful of blueberries.
- 3-4 strawberries.
- Performance Protein, 2 scoops.
Method
- Break the banana in half and add to the blender.
- Add milk. We recommend filling till half your blender is full or 300ml.
- Add 2 scoops of Performance Protein.
- Add handful of blueberries.
- Add strawberries.
- Blend.
