Standard Delivery:
N-FUSE Sports offer FREE 2-4 day delivery to UK Mainland & Northern Ireland addresses on all orders over £75.00. Deliveries are normally received in two to four working day via Evri for orders received before 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm during the week or at Weekends / Bank Holidays are processed and dispatched the next working day.
UK Mainland orders under £75.00 will be charged a shipping and handling fee of £3.99 for the 2-4 day service.
Express Delivery:
N-FUSE Sports also offer an Express 1-2 day delivery (when placed Monday to Thursday before 1pm) service to UK Mainland address. This service will be FREE for all orders over £100. This excludes Northern Ireland.
UK Mainland orders under £100 on Express Delivery will be charged a shipping and handling fee of £6.75 for this service.
UK Non-Mainland & Exceptions :
Now FREE when you spend over £75
Deliveries under £75 to Aberdeen, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and the Scilly Isles are charged at £7.75
Deliveries are normally within 3 – 6 working days.
International Orders & Exceptions:
For Mainland Europe & Exceptions orders typically take 3-7 working days.
£10.00 International Shipping applies to the following Countries (3-7 day service) or FREE on orders over £75.
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Guernsey, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Republic of Ireland, Slovakia, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Poland, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Finland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Switzerland, Lithuania & Estonia
Our delivery service will leave a notice if the attempted delivery is unsuccessful. If our courier is unsuccessful with the delivery the parcel will be returned to the N-FUSE warehouse. Upon receipt of the returned parcel N-FUSE will notify you and make alternative arrangements for the re-delivery.
It is in the customers best interests (not mandatory) to provide a current email address and mobile phone number in order that our courier can provide up to date delivery and tracking information. If a mobile phone number is provided our courier will send an SMS message with details of your 1 hour delivery window on the scheduled day of delivery.
There is no guarantee of next day delivery, orders placed before 1pm (Monday-Friday) are dispatched from our warehouse on the same day, subject to stock availability and any security checks. There may be delays in despatching your order when we are very busy – please bear with us. Our courier will use their best endeavours to deliver next day. For some parts of the country delivery may take 2-3 days, particularly in the more remote areas of the Highlands.
When your order is dispatched you will be receive a confirmation e-mail from N-FUSE Sports.
We also use a courier service for the majority of International orders. For mainland Europe orders typically take 3-7 days, Worldwide destinations may take longer. Further delays can occur at the customs and Import Offices of the destination country – unfortunately this is beyond our control. The customer may also be responsible for any Import duty.
